If you have received the incorrect product, or are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it -at your shipping expense-within 15 days of the shipping date for a refund or credit.  If a product is defective, it can be returned for the same product from our inventory stock or you may be issued a store credit of the product value, minus the shipping cost.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at (519) 582-2424 for a Return Authorization Number and include a copy of your original invoice as well as a reason for the return. A re-stocking charge of 15% will apply.

Remember that shipping cost for the return is the Customers responsibility.
